About Me
Just as probably every other human on this planet, I have been through difficult times in my life such as personal health issues, loss of family member, loss of dear friend etc. My personal 360 degree turn was back in 2011, when my Dad passed away - my hero and best friend, who fought lung cancer and sadly lost the battle six months after he was diagnosed. I couldn't even say my last goodbye since I was living abroad and couldn't make it on time. This triggered the need to consciously look into my own life choices, especially into my own diet. I could see the difference straight away. These changes made me delve even deeper, search and experiment more and more. The results? - Feeling better, healthier, stronger, calmer, happier with my discoveries and results.
Now as a husband and a father, my mission is to look for the best possible way of Healthy living for my family.
"I dedicate myself to the well-being of my family, friends, and clients, committed to guiding them towards a path of healthy living and nutrition. I pledge to provide unwavering support, knowledge, and resources, empowering them to make informed choices that nurture their bodies, minds, and spirits. Together, we will embark on a journey of holistic wellness, fostering lasting health and happiness."

My Philosophy
''Nourishing the Mind, Body, and Soul

Nutrition is not merely the act of consuming food to sustain our physical bodies; it is a profound and multifaceted practice that affects our overall well-being. My philosophy of nutrition goes beyond the mere mechanics of eating and delves into the deeper significance of nourishment for the mind, body, and soul. It encompasses the understanding that our food choices have profound implications for our health, our relationship with the environment, and our connection with ourselves and others.
Remember, a philosophy of nutrition is a personal journey that evolves over time. It is a dynamic and adaptable framework that promotes nourishment, well-being, and harmony within ourselves and the world around us.''
